Twenty-five years ago I arrived in this country with $500 and a belief that hard work and the right systems could build something extraordinary. I was right — but it took longer than I expected, and the road had more obstacles than I was prepared for.
What I have learned in building two title companies is this: the people who succeed in this industry are not always the most talented. They are the ones who are willing to evolve, who surround themselves with the right people, and who refuse to let the pace of change become an excuse for standing still.
That is why I built ATG. That is why I host the podcast. That is why I share everything I know.
